A town hall meeting of some importance, the first of its kind,
is being sponsored by X-PPAC. You are
cordially invited to address this meeting and answer questions from the public. Seven leading presidential candidates and two
California Senate candidates, will also receive this invitation. Here are the particulars:

government cover-up of an extraterrestrial presence in our world, now. (The issue is in play, i.e., Gov. Bushs
response to a question on CNN.)

Constituency: Approximately 100 million
citizens. 80% of the public believes there is
other intelligent life in the universe; 50+%
believes such life forms are visiting earth, now; 50+% believes this fact is being hidden
from them by their government. (numerous
polls)
Advance PR: A national media
release from X-PPAC and numerous co-sponsors over a period of ten days and covering radio,
print, television and internet media. Total
saturation.
Broadcast: Live Internet netcast
on several websites voice and video
National radio broadcast on 500 stations
C-SPAN, Cable and Network coverage at their discretion
Structure: Elevated
podium with microphones in the audience for questions.
Candidates would not be asked to appear on stage together - no debating. A panel Q&A would be held at the end with
participation optional for candidates. Live
music before and after for audience control and during any breaks. Speakers other than the candidates would
make brief presentations.
Security: Ushers and
informal security staff will be provided for audience control. Candidates would provide additional security as
they see fit.
While controversial, this is an issue
of enormous significance. Please let us
know if you or your running mate wish to participate.
